Fake Noshen job offers
Someone is sending job offers using Noshen's name. They are not from us.
If you received a job listing, an interview request, or an offer from Noshen, please read this before you reply, send documents, or accept anything.
What we know
- The offers come from noshen.org. We do not own that domain and have no connection to it. Our only domain is noshen.com.
- Addresses used so far include hire@noshen.org and career@noshen.org.
- The role being advertised is “Patient Access Coordinator.” No such position exists here.
- Noshen is a very small company. We are not hiring, and we have not extended a job offer to anyone.
Important: noshen.org currently forwards visitors to this website. That forwarding is not ours either, and it is a large part of what makes the offers look real. Arriving at noshen.com from a noshen.org link does not mean the offer was genuine. If you checked the domain and it brought you here, this page is the answer to the question you were asking.
If you were contacted
- Do not send money, bank or routing numbers, a Social Security number, or a photo of your driver's license or passport.
- Be especially careful with any request to buy equipment and be reimbursed, to deposit a check and forward part of it, or to provide banking details for “direct deposit setup.” That is usually where the loss happens.
- You do not need to reply to them. There is nothing to confirm or correct.
- Keep the emails. Please do not delete them — they are evidence.
If you already sent money or personal information
- Report it at ic3.gov (the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center) and at reportfraud.ftc.gov. Both are free.
- If you sent bank details, call your bank now and tell them the account may be compromised.
- If you sent a Social Security number, you can place a free fraud alert or a credit freeze with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
- None of this is your fault. The scheme is built specifically to survive a reasonable person checking it.
What we are doing
We have reported the domain to its registrar, to the .org registry operator, to Google, and to federal authorities, and we are working to have it shut down. We will update this page as that moves.
If you are a client or partner
This concerns fraudulent hiring emails only. Our work and our correspondence with you from @noshen.com addresses are unaffected.
